Can multiple vehicles be booked together?
Yes—receive 10% off when multiple vehicles are serviced at the same address.
Do you offer maintenance plans?
Yes. Maintenance services are available for clients who have already completed an initial detail. Maintenance pricing is tailored to service frequency, with greater savings available for clients booking more regularly.

Do I need to prepare my vehicle?
Please remove personal items, valuables, and child seats prior to your appointment to allow for efficient, uninterrupted service.
Do I need to be present during the appointment?
No—only your vehicle access and keys if required.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards, Apple/Google pay, debit, cash, and e-transfer. Payment is due upon completion of service once you've had a chance to inspect our work.
What products do you use?
We use professional-grade detailing products, tools, and techniques selected for safe, effective results on modern vehicle interiors, paint, trim, and surfaces. Whenever possible, we also prioritize environmentally responsible products and practices.
Are you insured?
Yes. Ocean Drive Mobile Auto Spa is fully insured for mobile detailing services, providing peace of mind while your vehicle is in our care.
What is your cancellation policy?
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee.
